The Learning Administrator automates virtually every training process throughout
your organization, including setting up courses and exams; scheduling classes;
reserving rooms, equipment, and other resources; enrolling learners; tracking
progress and updating transcripts; and reporting the data gathered in a variety
of ways.
The Student Interface is learner-facing and user friendly. Here your staff will
complete coursework, take exams, view and print transcripts, view completed and
upcoming courses, and enroll in courses.
NetCompetency is an online management solution developed in response to The
Joint Commission unannounced site visits. It assists with competency
assessment by providing an expansive encyclopedia of pre-made and customizable
job titles, job functions, and skills, then stores the assessments safely and
securely in electronic form for quick and easy retrieval and reporting.
NetManager delegates training to the departmental level and provides on-demand
reports to managers, making them more efficient while you retain overall
control. NetManager allows each manager access to all the functions of the
Learning Administrator for the direct reports you assign them.
NetReview generates automatic performance reviews using your own measuring
criteria and scoring system. You can utilize a facility-wide standard
performance review; view multiple performance reports; design reports by
frequency, level, category, and others; automate email generation with
information and reminders; and store reports electronically or in hard copy
through easy print functions.
NetExpress is a web-based, pared-down version of the NetLearning LMS for smaller
facilities. It provides the opportunity to assign, launch, and track online
content and print selected reports.
