  
Diabetes Patient Education and Care Training Series
This series of ten courses is designed to train health care professionals and clinical educators at entry-level and above to provide effective diabetes management education to patients. Each of the three types of diabetes – type I, type II, and gestational – are addressed in a separate course, and the remaining seven courses each cover a key element of diabetes disease management, including nutrition, exercise, behavior change, and glycemic control. Course topics are appropriate for nurses, diabetes educators, dietitians, and pharmacists.

Direct Care Inservice Curriculum
